What did you do this weekend?
Last evening I went to a Salmagundi (a literary magazine for my former high school) meetup for a party with a
bunch of my awesome friends. We ended up talking at the footsteps of the plaza of the neighboring quarters about music (mostly metal genre) and videogames (after I went to my friend's house and saw his Kingdom Hearts II guide). At the quiet celebration, I helped myself to brownies, munchkins, and soda. It was a relaxing evening and because Salmagudi is about poetry as opposed to prose, fortunately, the turnout wasn't a sausage fest.Later in the evening, I went to a childhood friend's house, where I watched the Family Guy DVD and played Ratchet & Clank 3 for the PS2. We watched MASH marathons on the Hallmark channel and I caught up with his summer while eating dinner (or rather playing New Super Mario Bros DS).
Will & Grace, a popular American sitcom which broadcast on NBC for eight years. It had one of the most witty, fun, hard working, hard partying, finest comedic talent on television. A series will be spun off from W&G this fall called The Megan Mullally Show. The ending in May was bittersweet. I miss it already-- but Thursday evenings have been replaced with my new favorite program, The Office.
